Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Shut down permanently please. Took more than 5 minutes to be acknowledged and order taken. Only person in line with 3 tables full. Got my order fairly quick but couldn't eat the fries. Looks like they poured grease over them. All the grease shown in pictures. Not counting what the fries soaked up. Burger was paper thin and missing a large piece. Will be contacting corporate office

Bathroom were in need of attention. Little girl throwing up all over in booth n went to restrooms. Very gross. Not anyone's fault but servers were decorating n should of at least seen that the other restroom was usable. But food n custard was great

Freddie's is usually our go-to place when we are traveling. The Jonesboro store, however, is awful. We stopped to eat lunch, hard to beat a steak burger. There were 2 people in the store with food. We waited 15 minutes for the girl at the counter to get off her phone. We should have left then. The tea in the dispensers was water. There were a few people that came in after us. They were waited on and received their food within a few minutes. We waited 15 minutes and went to check on our order. Not ready yet... 5 minutes after that, we got cold burgers and fries. After looking around, the problem was evident. We were the wrong color... We won't be stopping at that location EVER again. I am going to encourage others not to eat there also.

There food is great. There's a stake burger, grilled or fried chicken sandwich, chili dog, chili fries, or chili. Shakes and ice cream all for a great price. Everyone is friendly and nice. The inside is really nice a d clean.

Great smash burgers and the fries are wonderful. Great and friendly service.
