I ordered the French Swiss and Dip Combo. Diving was not open, so I came through the driver. It took a while for me to get my order, but they are so short employees so I can forgive it. I went to Arby's last Saturday and they was a black woman with short hair that took my order when I told I forgot to tell her I didn't want ice in my drink she stop look at me up and down and then threw ice out cup and roll her eyes at me. There were only 1 employees (oh yes only one) on Sunday night 8 May 2022. There was a line, and she's killed her. Orders, money and cooking When my memory serves me well, she was called Ty. I'm sure most would say they deserve a RAISE. I say a RAISE, BONUS, but above all HELP! Although she was a woman show with an audience that she applauded, what is the star of a movie without a supporting group of CAST members?! Increase payment like you the PRICES of foods, offer better BENEFITS like your menus offer varieties of different articles and REWARD your employees when they go beyond and beyond, instead of ringing a bell when we leave the restaurant
I got chicken strip and fries and you could taste that the oil was extremely old. The window needed to be fixed the lady could barely open it she had to lift it with all of her strength and then try to push it open. As I'm sitting here watching this I'msaying to myself this is sad because they just did a remodel on this store it shouldn't be this bad.
The price on the display board wasn't the price I was charged for an item. I happened to check my receipt against the display board. I was charged a different price than the displayed price. I was given the difference between the prices back. The NEWdisplay board HADN'T BEEN put up YET! The cashier and manager didn't seem to be very concerned about the customer service. Idon't think I will be going back again.
I used the drive-thru and ordered, but the cashier took a long time to provide me with the total after I drove up to the window. When she finally handed me my food, she almost spilled it. She closed the window without saying thank you or even apologizing for the wait. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
I visited Arby's last Saturday and had a disappointing experience with a staff member. There was a Black woman with short hair who took my order, and when I mentioned that I forgot to ask for no ice in my drink, she gave me a disdainful look from head to toe, then threw the ice out of my cup and rolled her eyes at me. I can confidently say that I will never return to that restaurant. Everyone knows that when someone looks at you like that, it often indicates they have negative intentions, and it felt quite serious to me.
