American Deli - Jonesboro

I was really frustrated when I visited this restaurant and spent $50, only to discover a mistake in my food and a strong odor on the napkins that reminded me of a dog.

This place is awful. I arrived at 9:35, just 25 minutes before closing, and there were four customers waiting, but they still told me they were closed. Not only were they rude, but the interior was also in poor condition, with trash scattered all over the floor. I will never eat at American Deli again.

I had a very unpleasant experience on May 4, 2022, due to the behavior of a young lady who took my order. She was disrespectful and talked to her colleague as if I wasn't even there, laughing and not paying attention to me. She didn't listen to my questions properly and her answers were unclear. Ultimately, I decided to cancel my order and leave, especially since it felt like a scam day anyway. The rudeness was simply not worth it.

I have often visited this place in the past. The food was always fresh and good. Last Thursday. The wings and Philly cheese steak for me and my daughter and the food was terrible. The wings had been fried and they just put them back in the fat after they ordered and put sauce over them. The bones were black. How do you get cheese steak wrong? It really tasted sour. I will not go back, and I hope that people will pay attention to the food they order.

First time going here and don't understand why they are still open. I ordered a 10-piece mild with chicken fried rice and it was very disgusting chicken fried in old burnt grease rice was terrible and had an awful taste and it came up to $14 and they tell me that it didn't come with a drink. NEVERRRRRRRR AGAINNNNNN!!!???????? AND IF YOU ARE GIVING THIS PLACE 5 STARS YOU HAVE TO BE RELATED TO SOMEBODY THAT WORK THERE ???#imjustbeinghonest
