I returned the soup to the restaurant and i informed the waitress but still the wrote it in the invoice and charged me for it.

A plain exterior to the restaurant hides an impressive interior. Well worth a visit. Atmosphere friendly as were the waiting staff and the food was very pleasant. If I'm in town again I'll be sure to return.
