The service at this restaurant was terrible! We waited a long time before a server came to our table to take our order. After we finally ordered, we had to wait a very long time for our food to arrive. When it did, it was cold! The taste of the food was also disappointing. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I visited this restaurant on January 2, 2024, and had a terrible experience. The service was very poor, the wait was extremely long, and the food was almost inedible. I ordered an Angus burger with fries, but it was not Angus beef at all. I would never go back to this restaurant.
The restaurant was excellent in every aspect, the food was very good. I would definitely return.
The service at this restaurant is extremely lacking, resulting in long wait times and a refusal to take responsibility for mistakes. Instead of correcting errors, they often forget and blame the delivery service. On our last visit, they even stole $40 from us.
Very good food, fast service, and above all cleanliness.
Frankly if 0 stars existed I would have given this score for the first Waitress (tattoo on her face, never wanted to tell us her name) who served us!! She disrespected us and verbally attacked us...I have never had such rotten service in my life..But the 2nd one who served us (Roxanne) was a gem 5nothing to say..But it will be all the same, our last visit to this restaurant because it was messy in our opinion...
