We recently moved to Quebec from Brampton and we used to shop at Fortinos, Farmboy or Zehrs. We hoped this store part of the Loblaws/National Grocers group would be somewhat comparable...it wasn't even close. It was adequate, but not worth making a special trip into Joliette from Saint Felix de Valois. View all feedback.
I go there for the bulk items . It's less expensive than other big box stores

It was adequate, but not worth making a special trip into Joliette from Saint Felix de Valois.
Had to carry all of my stuff by hand since I had no 1$ coin to take a shopping cart. Ended up taking a fruit crate from an employee. Kinda ridiculous to lock all carts. No other supermarket does this and I don't hear about IGA or Super C going bankrupt because of shopping cart robbers...
