La Chaumière Bifteck - Joliette

Food is good. Ambiance is too quiet. Need to change decoration. They have the same since many years. A refresh should be good for them.

Mouth watering beef prepared and cooked on a wood fired grill. Homemade Bernaise sauce was outstanding. Shrimp had an amazing spice on it that married well with the rice too. warm cozy restaurant that has offered the top quality food since I have been going there for over 20 years,

I guess it is the nicest dining in Joliette. On a side street, in a little house, just before arriving to the Golf Club, this steakhouse offers the best meat in town. The service is sweet and professional. A large parking welcomes you. Our group, all women, could find something on the menu, prepared the way they like it.

We went there for supper, this is a steakhous with limited choice of steak cut, there was NY cut and filet mignon, no rib steaks.... It is nice to see steaks being prepare right in front of you on a grill with wood bricket. Service was efficient steak were AWESOME, would go back anytime !
