Steak n Shake - Joliet

We got Burger on 01/22. The food was hot and the burger was made neat, made it easier to eat and less creepy! By far the best steak and shaking site. And the person who works the window was very pleasant!

Lived location. WORTH IT. Great hamburgers! After the age of just passing and not really the patience of waiting in line I decided to give this place an attempt - best decision ever. To the crew who works on the orders back there *Kitchen*.

Steak and Shake have good burgers and shakes. Most frits are not the best, either cold or taste as they sit. Check your frits before you go.

Very slow to get your food. Expect to wait a while. They will serve you your shakes before the food is ready so if you don't drink it it will be melted before you get your food. But they are delicious. Every table was dirty. No one goes out to wipe them down as old customers leave and new ones come in. Food was okay. Nothing special. Just typical fast food. Staff is unhappy. Especially if you tell them they forgot something like sauce. You will get attitude.

Small portions, big prices. The shakes weren't filled up all the way. The table was dirty when we sat down. The place in general wasn't clean. Didn't like it and won't return again
