Aisha's Southern Cuisine - Joliet

This was the best meal I've had up here in months. Not only was it good but everyone there was super friendly. I'll be going back on Sunday for more!

01/07/18: This was my first time here!! The food was very good! I had beef short ribs, mac cheese, yams and dressing! Pound cake was good too!! It definitely satisfied the craving I had!! Great restaurant! Staff was nice as well. I have found a new spot to frequent!!

I go to Aisha's many times for their catfish. It is delicious with a little kick to it. All of their food is homemade. They have amazing Southern cooking. Besides the food, the staff is friendly and customer service oriented.

Was hesitant to try because of mixed reviews. However the food was good. The chicken was crispy and seasoned on the outside and juicy inside. I needed to add a tad bit of salt for the mac and cheese. The greens, black-eyes peas, and cornbread was good as well. The black-eyed peas could have been hotter (heat wise), but were seasoned well. I would definitely go back to try other things.

Family style flavor and atmosphere.... Food is amazing.... And, dessert
