Ace Drive-in - Joliet

The burgers and root beer are excellent, and the car hops are very friendly. Additionally, they host Cruise Night every Thursday until August.

I decided to stop by because I saw a cruise promotion. However, I found the prices to be a bit too high for my taste. The BLT came with three very thin strips of bacon, but the lettuce was fresh and the tomatoes were just ripe enough. The chocolate milkshake was tasty, but it was quite thin, almost like milk. Overall, I enjoyed the entertainment, but I think they should be more generous with the portions next time.

This is a fantastic spot to grab a quick meal. I stopped by on a hot day to pick up a gallon of root beer. My only complaint is that they don't accept debit cards, and I usually don't have cash on hand.

"I guess I'm old school—I moved here in '98 and have been coming to this place ever since. Clearly, I should visit more often! The onion rings at Ace are the best I've ever had. If others don’t order them, that just means more for me! The drive-in is now under new management, and if I could suggest one change, it would be to offer a large frosted cup for their delicious root beer. I’d be happy to pay for that! I also want to get a big Ace Drive-In mug."

I've been dining here for a few years now, and the food is always delicious, complemented by excellent service. My favorite dish is the hoagie! I'm eagerly looking forward to their early opening!
