If I could give 0 stars I would! The Manager needs experience! Ordered online for pick up and he act as though he couldn’t comprehend. The made my burger wrong didn't have all my toppings and the fries they didn't cook crispy like i asked disappointed
Made the order and they waited until I was there to make it, which is perfect!
The lady they had at the front could not understand almost any English at all. All I was trying to order was 1 little cheeseburger and 2 shakes. She added up to 3 cheeseburgers, and couldn't get my toppings or add-ons correct.She was very nice and tried her best, but I think they need to have someone up there that can actually take orders. I had to leave because I tried for over 5 minutes to just order 3 simple things, so it just wasn't worth it.
I put a spider-man drawing up, it really adds to the ambiance in my opinion. The food is such a slay
This is not only the best 5 guys in the state of Minnesota (and I've been to a ton of them) , it arguably serves one of the top 5 burgers in the state.
