Tropique Café - Johor Bahru

Foods taste good and yummy. Not too strong's dressing for me. Environment very comfortable and cozy. Drop by here for a quick bite is not a bad idea. For pricing, a bit overpriced. Overall yeah will come over again in next time.

The ambience was very nice and the food was too bad either but the service was so bad. We went on a Sunday and the cafe was only half full. Yet the place is so understaffed that a simple coffee takes around 30 minutes. The service staff looked mildly annoyed when serving. This is understandably so because there were so little staff. Still, I felt that they could have been more apologetic for serving the food late and missing some orders. They told us that they usually expect a crowd on Fridays and Saturdays but not Sundays. I went to ask my peers who have visited the place and it seems like they say the same thing every day. My friend went on a Friday and they said they don't ever expect crowds on weekdays. So... when do you really expect a crowd? PLUS, only half of the cafe was filled.

Cosy place on a hot sunny day to have a quick bite or brunch with families or friends. Responsive and friendly crew members, not to forget well dressed and good looking! High quality snacks and sandwiches, good to go with coffee or alcoholic drinks.

Great ambience, perfect for any type of group to visit, whether you're coming as a family, couple or big group of friends, this place is such a beautiful place to dine at. We loved all the dishes we tried here, especially the poke bowl and the creme brulee dessert. The place is perfect for all Instagram shots. Love it!

Even though it’s only soft launch but the brunch was sublime, coffee was great, and the environment around is something you can’t find in Johor Bahru. Especially around the evening! This place is something else, definitely a must try!
