Daorae Korean Bbq - Johor Bahru

The best Korean restaurant in JB Malaysia. Very delicious.

I ordered Bossam and the spicy beef soup. Both were delicious. The service from staff was prompt and the side dishes were awesome. One can taste that everything is made from scratch. The only improvement I can think of was to turn the AC stronger and the temperature was rather warm inside the restaurant.

Love the food there special the spicy octopus! The chewiness is so niceeeee!! The bimbimpap is bit small portion and the vegetables choices is abit less. I order the set which come with 2 type of pork(marinated and plain) and one spicy octopus! Love it the kimchi soup is marvelous! I personally love the savoury not that sour kimchi soup so if you like that then this will be your choice! The side dishes choices is not that much so don't put too high hope on it. Hope the restaurant could improve abit on the side dishes. Overall is fine the waiters all is very polite so is quite a wonderful experience. Would recommend if you're looking for some fine savoury korean barbeque(but of course don't expect too highly on the side dishes).

We had Set2 menu and it was decent amount for 4 men. Quality of meat is very nice and all other side dishes were tasty including kimchi stew. Will definitely visit the place when I'm around Johor area.

Less side dishes compared to other Korean bbq. But there's free vege cake, and it's very nice
