The owner is a beast in the kitchen! Everything he sends out that I've seen looks like art and the taste is beyond perfection! The waitress makes everyone feel like family and last but not least the bartender always lends an ear for a story or a quick comeback to liven up a group! Keep it up. Friendly staff, nice bar, good food, nice location. Outdoor sitting also.
Staff was extremely friendly and outgoing , they also stayed late to serve us because we rode a long way.

As a long term resident of Caroga and a friend of the Outlet team, I highly dispute Theresa's review. I've known that place and been there often. This is simply a disgruntled review by a inadequate employee who was fired for good cause. The Outlet Restaurant is a fabulous experience and has a hard working and caring ownership with a fabulous staff who truly care!! Except for You Theresa? Shame on you! The food and service are exceptional there. The lake views, and the lovely atmosphere are alone worth the trip. Theresa's review is a ugly lie and wrong. I wish I could remove it. Ignore her. The Outlet Restauarant is awesome ! I love it there. U will too :
An EXCELLENT hidden gem in the southern Adirondacks. Stumbled upon it late at night driving in for vacation and now it is our go-to spot for a good hot meal! You MUST try the fried chicken. Easily one of the best I've ever had. So crispy and juicy that a couple heard it crunch from across the bar! The fries are also hand cut and delicious. Service is kind of spread thin, but they are doing a good job. It seems like this place is destined for great things, but right now they are still working on it. Prices are super reasonable and the food is DYNAMITE! Check it out, I'm glad we did!
