When I went to pick it up and opened the burger wrapper... read more I placed an order through the app today for a Made-To-Order burger with only ketchup and a bag of fries. When I went to pick it up and opened the burger wrapper, I noticed there was cheese on the burger, as if someone had tried to add cheese and then removed it after realizing it wasn’t supposed to be there. Since I don’t like cheese, I only ate half of the burger. The fries were good, as usual.

I need corporate to c... read more I am a regular customer, and on the morning of September 9th, 2022, I ordered a steak burrito from Sheetz. After eating it, I became sick. I need corporate to contact me immediately. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location. There have been several occasions when my boyfriend bought food here and also got sick. I work in food service myself and have never made my customers sick. Update: I spoke with a kind customer service representative who understood my situation and did what she could to help. I appreciate the good service as always, but sadly, I will not be ordering food from this Sheetz again.

Recently I have found electronics for payment at pumps mal functioning, especially phone payment readers.

I ran into a friend who kindly held the door for me, but the cashier was rude and refused to let him buy his beer because I didn’t have my ID on me (even though... read more I ran into a friend who kindly held the door for me, but the cashier was rude and refused to let him buy his beer because I didn’t have my ID on me (even though I don’t drink since I’m pregnant and was just walking with him to say hello and goodbye). I felt awful and tried to explain, but she remained unfriendly. Although this is my nearest Sheetz, I often go out of my way to avoid this location.
