What Berlynn F doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
The pizza had an artificial taste, and I would recommend trying it at a different place. The cheesy breadsticks had an odd smell and weren't enjoyable at all. I understand it's a corporate recipe, but it really misses the mark. On a positive note, the mini Cinnabons were delicious! View all feedback.
Ease of online ordering. Quickness of order. Using my rewards for free pizza. Great tasting food.
I usually give 5 stars to most places I am a patron of because why return if you don't like the food, right? I was perturbed on my last visit. I was told 30 min to pick up, arrived through the door at the 30 mark and waited in front at register. I was seen bit nit spoken to. A woman and then a man came in after me and finally an employee spoke but to the woman who came after me who was trying to order based on the flyer she brought in.And then to the man! Literally 15 min later, I was finally checked out. I wouldn't complain but this is not the first Incident at this location. They need a better system:

I love their pizza and it don't take long to get my order.
The pizzas were cooked to perfection and hot upon delivery!
