Despite my order being able to be ordered before the restaurant opened on a weekend the driver waited over 45 minutes just to wait for the store to open just so... read more Despite my order being able to be ordered before the restaurant opened on a weekend the driver waited over 45 minutes just to wait for the store to open just so I could have my order this morning totally not his fault and he insisted I would get my order when they opened. What a nice guy. I will call Panera to make sure they update their hours. He could have canceled but he didnt.

I ordered 1/2 doz bagels and they were out of a bagel I ordered 3 of and instead of finding out if I wanted something different or replacing those 3 with the sa... read more I ordered 1/2 doz bagels and they were out of a bagel I ordered 3 of and instead of finding out if I wanted something different or replacing those 3 with the same kind as one of the other 3 they gave me 3 raisin bagels which I cannot eat so half my order is unable to be eaten, what a waste of food and money!!
