We were welcomed by friendly staff who were incredibly helpful. I decided to try something unique and went for the espresso latte with caramel, and it was absolutely delicious! My husband chose a vanilla latte, and he enjoyed it just as much! We are definitely planning to return. What a lovely little gem Westmont has found here!

We indulged in Butterbeer, Pumpkin Juice, Polyjuice Potion, and Molly's Stew, all of which were delightful. The café was beautifully decorated, even featuring a Nimbus 2000! It truly felt like we were at Hogwarts. I absolutely loved the experience and can't wait for the next one!

However, out of the five times I visited, I was only able to get chai tea once. Each of the other times, they were out of stock. It's really unreliable, and I wouldn't recommend going there; it feels like a waste of time. I also found that ordering online is pointless because, when I arrived, they often said they didn’t see the order. What’s the purpose of online ordering if they aren’t going to fulfill it? If you want to spend 30-40 minutes hoping for a drink they likely won’t have, then this is the place for you. I've received more refunds than drinks from here.
