We were a party of 12... read more The restaurant needs more experienced waitstaff and improved communication with the kitchen, as we faced several issues during our visit. We were a party of 12 and waited over an hour for our food, while two other tables were served ahead of us. Additionally, many of our orders were incorrect. I used to love this place when my kids were younger, but it seems that communication has become a significant problem.

You get... read more Had 3 sundaes and a stroganoff. Portions were large, Noone finished their Sunday, and the entree was decent if you don't mind tons of calories and salt. You get what you expect. They are were understaffed, seemed like just server for the entire restaurant, but that was okay as only one other table was taken. Go for some ice cream, you won't be surprised by their excellence, but you won't be disappointed in anything either.

We spent an hour and a half there, watching people come and go. When our food finally arrived, our orders were mixed up, and the fries were cold. Additionally, I found the bathroom to be quite unpleasant; the floors were sticky, and there was urine on both the toilet and the floor. I give this place 1 out of 5 stars. I used to enjoy dining here, but now I’d prefer to eat elsewhere.

I warmed it in the microwave and when I tasted it, it was sour. I called Friendly 's and all they said was it could have been a long drive. Since it was through DoorDash, we can 't offer a refund. Trust me, I get DoorDash can be iffy at times, but when it is a short distance away, it isn 't the driver 's fault if the item shows cold...and tastes sour. They wonder why they are going out of business...
