The morning staff at this restaurant are always delightful. They always make my coffee just right. I enjoy coming here!
If you enjoy throwing away both your money and your time, then Johnstown Dunkin is the place for you. It was a terrible experience - I would give them negative five stars if I could. The staff also had a terrible attitude towards customers who just wanted a cup of coffee. Overall, it was a dreadful experience.
The service was terrible at this restaurant. When I asked about the ingredients in the breakfast tacos, the worker rudely told me she didn't know. When I requested that she ask someone else, she suggested I order something else instead. The line was long, which is understandable, but the employees at the window were very unfriendly. My drink was also incorrect, and when I tried to have it remade, they insisted on charging me for a new one. I will not be returning to this establishment. Customer service is important, and if you cannot be friendly, you should not be in that line of work. I have had bad days at work too, but I always manage to put on a smile for my customers.
Get coffee here every morning. The only downside is if you pay for cold foam to be added, make sure they give it to you because multiple times they have skipped it and we had to have them add it after paying for it
