Feedback
The drive-thru was very busy, but the cashier informed me that they were training new staff and were a bit slower as a result.
The coffee was excellent and I was delighted to have pumpkin spice flavoring available!
I had a subpar coffee in Utica from the drive-thru, but the donuts were good. I was in the Johnstown area and needed donuts for my workers. I stopped by and got a box, and when I mentioned my coffee experience, the cashier, named Maddy, quickly replaced it with the correct one. She was also fast and friendly throughout the entire service.
