Sonic Drive-in - Johnston

Absolutely the energy of the server that brought out our cheese sticks that I had forgotten to order in the first order. Loved the person on the Intercom. Absolutely helpful. After the experience I had with another sound, I was afraid to try, but I'm so glad I did. Food was so much better, children actually ate their food that never happened, price was actually affordable and staff were great. I'm back. To this place anyway. Today on 28 April returned and had only the ride through the open, because short employees. I got my order wrong, but it was fast and as busy as they were, the food was still great and the staff as friendly as ever. I'm really impressed they were as cool as they were. I love this place. My daughter loves at this time. Sure helps with my picky food.

Very dirty... food wasn't great. Chili cheese fries and chicken slingers were not good, but the Buffalo Popcorn chicken was good. Great sauce taste. Server and mic lady were great. The biggest reason for 2 stars was the lack of cleanliness. I almost didn't even want to eat my food because the place was dirty. Bathrooms were also disgusting. Ugh

Waited 10 minutes on the ride thru without greeting. The young boy told me the manager is too busy to take orders. I placed my order in the window. I should have just walked differently than giving them money. I worked for over 15 years in the food service, so I can be very happy, but this place needs a wake up call. Many other places to get desserts, so I finish trying with this place.

I order online and wait 35 minutes before my food came out 5 cars had come and gone before I had to ask for a refund so I could otherwise take my family where, the lady I spoke with the name of the order and went into the building. Then another lady came back 5 minutes later with our food and not even someone apologised or said something. My food was cold and my burger had a half inch fat layer on it as if it were a spice! This is unacceptable.

By far the worst sonic I've EVER been to we waited a solid 10 minutes for 2 drinks, people who ordered food after us got their food before our drinks. My slush was watery and not mixed. The best part after I had my rt 44 slush I looked at my 2 short straws and asked for a long straw to which Amariah responded we ran out of those. I asked her how I'm suppose to drunk thus when it can't reach half the cup she shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know. Extremely unhappy
