All the pasta dishes come with meatballs, so if you'd prefer to skip those, just let him know, and he'll add a bit more pasta instead. I always go for the gnocchi stuffed with five cheeses—it’s simply incredible. The red sauce is the best I've ever tasted, but be warned: it packs a bit of heat. This is definitely a must-try. He’s the real deal when it comes to old-school Italian cooking, and as other reviewers have mentioned, his thick accent can make him hard to understand. If you don’t get what he’s saying, he might think you’re a bit nuts (it's kind of funny). He can be a little intimidating, so I usually let my husband place the order!

It gives th... read more I had a wonderful experience at this food truck run by a genuinely nice guy. However, I really wish he would display prices or provide a menu board. It gives the impression he charges whatever he feels like, but I trust him. You absolutely need to check this place out; it's just a few miles off 295 and offers a truly authentic experience. He makes a fantastic apple cider slushie, and in the fall, he serves stuffed pumpkins, which he amusingly calls "stuffed punks." The atmosphere is even better when he plays music on the speakers—it's reminiscent of a booth at St. Anthony's Feast, weather permitting. This is definitely a great summer stop!
