I had a straightforward experience picking up an eight-piece extra-crispy chicken meal from the drive-thru. The service was quick, my order was accurate, and the food was hot, fresh, and tasty.
The man in the blue shirt who served me at KFC today, Thursday, August 11th, was quite rude. He messed up my order from the menu, and when I pointed it out, he refused to correct it or provide a refund.
I ordered a $5 fill-up, and it was the worst thing I've ever eaten. I'll definitely never return. The food was cold, the chicken was tough and chewy, and the corn was shriveled and spoiled. It had a disgusting sour taste. If I end up getting sick, I’m considering legal action!
There is one thing to say about consistency. I have always had finger lickin? good chicken every time I go here. But when I get take out, every time my order is wrong. But the food is so good even when they give me the wrong thing I eat it all. Good foodbad service but I still keep going back for that chicken !???? So dam good!
