Two women working here were screaming at me and my sweet mother through the drive thru intercom because I ordered half a dozen of donuts. It was 7AM and I was confused. Super rude and we told them to hold off and drove off. Extremely rude and unnecessary. Manager needs to do something about these workers. If you don’t like your job then don’t work here. We just simply wanted donuts Food: 1

I came here and ordered inside a coffee and snackin bacon. The cashier cashed me out while using my app. I was then made aware they had no bacon. In order to be... read more I came here and ordered inside a coffee and snackin bacon. The cashier cashed me out while using my app. I was then made aware they had no bacon. In order to be refunded I needed to contact customer service. I did. They told me to contact this location. It's a back and forth game at this point and all I want is MY REFUND that I am entitled to! I on... read more Update: 2nd time i've gone in there and it's a different Satuay crew than normal... Learned my lesson, if its not the norm then walk right out the doors... I only get to come to this location once a week, but each time they never fail. It is THE BEST customer service I have ever had! They are always so polite and so accommodating. I choose this location over the one thats down the street from my house and never regret it. This location makes being 5 minutes late to work worth it.
