Dunkin' - Johnston

There is really long lines. Last time I was there, they were out of donuts. You could only see the sign when you were placing your order and it was too late to get out of line.

Only reason I'm giving a 2 star is due to the relatively politeness of the lady I spoke to. When doing delivery orders, if you don't have a good in stock, let the driver know. This can be something as simple as leavi g a note on the order or verbally telling them. They have customer numbers usually and can reach out to the customer for substitutions. I would much rather wait a little longer for my order than to have paid $13+ for a coffee and bagel to not get the bagel at all. Note to any drivers: take initiative to double check orders and please have a bit more common sense.

Doesn't honor military discounts. Coffee was good and accurate to our order.

Planned stop during drive to goto store at 230 pm. Get there and hours have been temporarily changed from 5 am until noon. Update your hours on the website and google if this is the case.

They turned off ordering ahead; the Dunkin? app offers rewards for ordering ahead which I can no longer earn. They get five stars if they turn it back on.
