Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

When we opened our to-go box tonight, I was incredibly disappointed with my food. My husband went back inside to speak with the manager on duty, Brayden, to explain the issue. As he started to describe our order, the manager interrupted him, saying, "Yeah, I know what you ordered." When my husband showed him the wings, Brayden responded with a sarcastic remark, saying, "Yeah, they come frozen; that’s how we get them, so that’s what you get." It's important to note that the boneless wings were so tough that we couldn’t even cut them. Given this experience, I don’t think we will be returning to this location while Brayden is working. We can easily take our business elsewhere, somewhere that appreciates its customers and provides the food we enjoy. Brayden, please remember that word of mouth can make or break a restaurant’s reputation. I hope tomorrow goes better for you!

I always have a fantastic experience at Zaxby's near ETSU. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is quick, even in the morning! The manager, a tall and somewhat serious-looking man, was surprisingly friendly. I definitely need to stop by here more often!

The food is incredibly delicious. The Asian ZenZation Salad is fantastic, and the Veggie Egg Rolls are equally flavorful. The service is also top-notch.

One of my favorite fast food places! Loveeee the HOT wings fries! I do recommend checking your whole order before leaving the parking lot to make sure it is correct, otherwise you may get home to be disappointed. I only say this because there has been several occasions where I received fries with no seasoning whatsoever or wings with slim to none sauce... Just some dry wings.Aside from that, no other concerns or complaints. Absolutely loveeee Zaxby's and will always be back!
