Description

Nestled in the Tri-Cities, this Japanese spot has built a devoted following for superb sushi, ramen and generous portions. Dine-in delights include artful presentation, menu customization and a warm, family-friendly vibe; staff often charm regulars. However, service and takeout consistency vary: occasional inattentive or slow service, a reported billing surprise, meager takeout sauces and risky allergy handling were noted. Prices can feel high for modest protein portions, yet flavor, presentation and personal touches keep diners returning.

Absolutely the best sushi I've ever had. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely the best sushi I have ever tasted! Service and food were phenomenal!! I highly recommend this place.

My wife and dined in your restaurant this afternoon. Do not get me wrong, the food was fine but the price certainly was not! We always share a meal because neither one of us can eat a whole meal. We ordered the fried rice with chicken, shrimp, and steak and 2 egg rolls. The waitress did not specify any extra charge to us. We assumed that there would be a small charge, but man were we surprised when we got the bill. The entrée was $12 and the egg roll were $4, so the total should have been $16 plus tax. They charged us a total of $18 additional dollars for the little amount of both meats $7 $9). We paid $35.04 which is absolute highway robbery. When we asked the waitress about it, she said we would have to take it up with the manager ourselves, which is not right. If she was a good waitress that cared about her customers, she would have taken care of the issue for us. I have never been ripped of so bad in a restaurant before in my life!!! Absolutely crazy and poor service!

The sushi at Yuimaru Kitchen is outstanding, with the Cowboy Roll standing out in particular. The staff were all very polite, though the lunchtime service was slightly slow. It seemed like there was only one server managing the entire restaurant, even though it wasn’t busy.

I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant for the first time a few days ago, and it was a fantastic experience! I chose to dine in and ordered sushi. Our server, Jacob, was exceptionally attentive and had a wonderful sense of humor, which added to the enjoyment of our visit. The sushi was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Even though we arrived during the last hour and a half before closing, and felt a bit guilty about it, every staff member we interacted with greeted us warmly and wished us a lovely evening as we left.
