The food is good here, but the service is awful. I'm a regular customer here and have never had bad service before. But today, I placed a pickup order online, which was a mistake. I come in to pick up my food and there was no one there. The front was empty; no hostess. There was a server by the name of Miranda that sees me and walks away, not giving me my food beforehand. Great food, clean restaurant, excellent service! No complaints! We have the Teriyaki chicken! Teppanyaki was entertaining! Our duck included good portions of meat, rice, noodles, shrimps, vegetables, salad, soup and a show! Very recommended!
My husband and I were just on this restaurant after a trip to Barnes and Noble. I'm so glad we made it! The food was AMAZING! I recently moved to the area and I'm always looking for good Japanese cuisine. The rams and sushi were excellent. The portions were a good size. The restaurant and staff were very family friendly. It is very important to us to have a restaurant that we feel comfortable to take our children. A nice man came to our table with two balloons for our boys. So sweet! We'll be back soon!
Got some rams for tonight and oh my goodness that was our first time and it was so good!! My husband got the Spicy wheels and it was pretty sharp, but he loved it. All right. I have the Tannen man who was very good, tasteful and not sharp. Both arms come with a soup and salad both misery and ginger salad were very attractive. Very excited to try more food, but so very satisfied with the ramen!!
The restaurant is very clean and has a great menu. All staff are freindly and attentive, my toddler can be a handful and the staff was really good with him. You can tell the management and owners care about the place. They also have a dining patio which is nice.
