Alycia, our waitress, was amazing! I’m not sure if I got what I ordered exactly but I didn’t really care bc it was so good!!! Super generous portions, very attentive and friendly service, overall a great time, definitely recommend!

If you like overpriced food, poor service with attitude, and multiple items on menu not being available (I’ve gone multiple times), then this is your place.Today (25AUG) I went to celebrate my Fathers Birthday to be greeted with a rude waitress who walked away after multiple items were not available on the menu. She stated that “we were obviously upset”. No one from the table was disrespectful nor visibly upset, disappointed, yes but never rude. After 20 minutes, a different waitress came over to ask if we wanted drinks. I asked to leave with the waitress saying that she was sent to “deal with the table”.In this economy, I’m not going to waste my time and money on subpar, overpriced food, with rude servers and long wait times.

Stopped into Mooney 's in Johnson City, for a birthday dinner with my family. We have visited many times and it was the choice that everyone agreed upon for the celebration. We arrived at about 5:00pm on Friday, August 26th, the parking lot was surprisingly empty. We went inside and were seated promptly and told our server would be over shortly to take our orders. We waited for about 15 minutes, and nothing. After a few more minutes she arrived for our drink request. We started to order drinks, and were met with, Oh yeah, sorry we are out of that , another choice and the same response. Finally got through the drink list and asked about some appetizers, and started getting the same response, we were disappointed that 4 out of the 5 things we asked for (Drinks and and appetizers) were all out, at no time did anyone in our party do anything other than sigh. We started to ask for a couple different appetizers, and the waitress, cut my wife off and said, I see you 're upset, I 'll give you some time and abruptly walked away while my wife was speaking.We stared at each other and shrugged it off and waited for our drinks. After 22 minutes, the bartender came over and introduced her self and asked if we would like some drinks. We stared at her quite puzzled and said, Thank you, but the other waitress already took our order, and we were just waiting for our drinks The bar tender informed us that she was sent by the manager to take care of us in place of the other waitress. (Who was serving the table next to us) She apologized and said she would help us now.At this point, we had enough and decided to leave. We put up with a waitress that was rude and walks away. Then does not even put our drink order in, and never comes back. No wonder the place was empty on a Friday night, if this is the typical wait staff they employ. It 's really a shame that this is what you would want to represent your business. I realize the job market is struggling right now, but this is the last person I would employ to be anywhere near my customers.We were there at the opening, and it was a really nice place to bring the family/friends, However we will never, ever waste our time and money here again.
