Magic Wok Chinese - Johnson City

This is the best authentic Chinese food I have ever had! Don't worry about the spicy dishes – they can be adjusted to your preference. The restaurant isn't fancy, either inside or outside, but the portions are generous and the food is outstanding!

This is my favorite place in JC, it's a special place. I highly recommend the authentic menu, the food on the authentic menu is varied in flavors so there is something for everyone. I absolutely love the gong bao bean curd it's salty, savory, and spicy with a bright floral flavor from the Sichuan pepper corns, big fan of the mouth numbing spices. Another of my favorites is the fish with mustard greens it's a acidic bright fish broth. The broth feels warming and refreshing fills you with comfort like a bowl of chicken noodle soup. I am so obsessed with the Sichuan cuisine here, the owner is super friendly really cares that you are enjoying the food. Definitely try it out and explore the menu.
