What Jacob P doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
No refills, poor service, and poor quality. It took 3 tries to get my basic order correct. I went to ask for a refill only to be told to buy a new drink. Also, who doesn’t carry cheese? Like, for real? Grilled items? Nah, forget that too. I understand this is a campus location but this is not at all the standard Chickfila sets. View all feedback.
Great food. Great and fast service. My son loves coming here. Highly recommend!

Food quality is standard for Chick-Fil-A, but it's disappointing to see how different it is compared to other stores. No refills, no gift cards, and the management doesnt seem to have the same priority towards customer experience as others do. Hopefully they'll be able to reorganize their priorities soon.
