This place did not disappoint. Was recommended by a friend so we decided to try it out on our way home. We ordered the Prime Angus Ribeye and the Duck Breast Tartine. Both dishes were very impressive and delicious!! We started off with Scallop BlueCrab Dip. This did not disappoint one bit. The ambience was perfect. The wine was delicious and desert was great! 5 of us stopped here for dinner. 2 ordered the ribeye and brussel sprouts and they both enjoyed their meal. However, the rest of us were disappointed with ours. My husband ordered the pork chop. While well seasoned, I thought it was very chewy. But thebiggest disappointment was our chicken entree. On the menu, there was a Half smoked chicken for $19. The waitress told usright away that they didn 't have that but the substitution was another chicken. Since my sister and I don 't eat pork or beef,we decided to share the chicken dish since it was half chicken . As you can see from the pic, we received a very small quarterchicken!! Just a drumstick and thigh. No breast, no wing. Definitely not big enough to really share ???? And, the price of thisother chicken was $27. I won 't be coming back.
Great place to eat and enjoy the team I have works very hard. However we are not perfect but are human. We care about great food and great service I hope you enjoy your time at Bryan?s
This is the perfect restaurant for date nights and special occasions in the area. The food is consistently excellent, and the newly renovated space combined with the friendly staff makes for a fantastic experience. During our last visit in June 2022, we enjoyed escargot and shrimp appetizers, followed by a delicious steak and an incredible bottle of wine.
I don't think Bryanson290 gets the recognition it deserves. It's truly one of my favorite spots in the Johnson City/Fredericksburg area. It has more of a wine country vibe compared to other places. You really need to give it a try!
This restaurant lived up to my expectations! A friend recommended it, so we decided to give it a try on our way home. We ordered the Prime Angus Ribeye and the Duck Breast Tartine, both of which were outstanding and delicious! We kicked things off with the Scallop Blue Crab Dip, and it was absolutely fantastic. The ambiance was delightful, the wine was exquisite, and the dessert was wonderful! I would definitely choose to finish my evening here again!
