What Dipak Kulkarni doesn't like about Sahib Indian Cuisine:
This is the worst chicken biryani that I ate. (1) I can see chicken white piece in this yellow turmeric rice (2) I ordered biryani not turmeric fried rice. I don’t see any other masala ingredient.(3) Who gives Tamric along with the biryani !! Refer my photo for details (4) where is my salon? I’m getting a feeling of Mexican restaurant than Indian restaurant. Please stop fooling They should learn How to make authentic... View all feedback.
We had an amazing dinner at Sahibs! My boyfriend and I sat outside and they let us have our dog with us which is already a plus for me. Loved the atmosphere out there, the food was incredible and the service was as well. They checked on us often even though we were the only ones outside which sometimes is an issue at other places. I had the mushroom and pea curry and my boyfriend had the lamb and we both loved ours. Great portions and flavor. We also got the garlic and coconut naan and were very pleased. Ended the night with amazing cheesecake. Will definitely be back soon! Also found out there is a buffet at lunch which we are very excited about. A lot of vegetarian options as well which made it so hard to pick but is really refreshing to have a lot of choices. Excited to return and would highly recommend this place!

If you're looking for authentic Indian, Sahib is the BEST! I've been a longtime customer...I'm talking way back when they were located on the backside of a hotel where Storage Max is now. I've NEVER had a bad experience. Whether you're dining in or taking out, the food is always fresh, and consistently delicious. The spices are spot on, the tandoori chicken and tikka masala are just wow, the rice is infused with star anise, which gives it a delicate but tasty flavor, and the stuffed garlic naan bread is to die for. I usually get the lunch buffet (currently $15.99...gone are the $7.99 days), but still. When I want to splurge on a great restaurant, Sahib is at the top of my list!
Rocky was so amazing and super friendly!!! We loved everything about the food. Super fresh, tasty and made with care. Our new place!!!!????
I recently visited an Indian restaurant in Johnson City, Tennessee, and it was absolutely delicious! While I generally find Indian restaurants to be quite good, this one exceeded my expectations. The portions were larger than I anticipated. The cheese naan was perfectly balanced—not too cheesy or gooey, just the right amount of cheese and spicy flavor. The samosa chaat was also excellent, with generous portions and plenty of sauces. I was thrilled with my meal. I had never seen an Indian restaurant with a drive-through before, but it makes sense in Johnson City. It was definitely an interesting place to visit. Although I got my food to go, it was incredibly tasty. I want to thank everyone at the restaurant, and I will definitely enjoy more takeout from there in the future. Vegetarian options: It’s an Indian restaurant, so you can expect lots of vegetarian dishes. The samosa chaat was especially good, and the cheese naan, although not vegan, was very tasty and spicy. It’s fun for the whole family, even if you’re like me—a family of one with a hungry vegetarian tummy!
