We were initially attracted to it because two friends raved about their gluten-free donuts. The owner was present and incredibly kind, taking the time to train the staff member behind the counter. He engaged in friendly conversation with me, explaining the process of making gluten-free donuts and the challenges involved. When I inquired about the unusual hours at both locations, he mentioned that he has kids and prioritizes being home to pick them up from the bus—such a sweet gesture. To our surprise, when we picked up our box of goodies, he had included a few extra donuts "just in case the kids changed their minds." Both the coffee and donuts were amazing, but the exceptional customer service really stood out! We will definitely be returning!
