Mcdonald's East Rand Mall

I love it, its actually my favorite breakfast restaurant when I am in the East rand mall, but in the morning they are very slow you wait up to 20min for your order that I think is not convenient therefore some of us going past morning to breakfast before work so that we cannot afford to be late.

I just wanted to say great customer service of Rachel Phalane I hope this is her name cause, which is what was written on the receipt

A quiet and beautiful place to eat we found 1 waitress for Dutty, which was a surprise for me because such a place must have atleast 3 to 4 waiters because we had to wait for the waiter to help other people to get help

Staff was friendly and efficient, although they got My order is wrong the first time. I took it back and Lady in front helped with ease. Fill and fresh. The hot chocolate too!

Service was really bad, staff kept moving around and a simple burger meal took over 15 minutes. When I asked about it, I was told that it always takes time. The entire kitchen was constantly beeping due to something needed to come out the fryer or oven, but the staff was not concerned and that was annoying. I am a regular Macdonalds customer, but this branch has issues
