It may seem expensive compared to other foods in Nozawa, but I think it was a good value given how much you get (it is a great, filling food). We have the Shabu Shabu and everything you can drink (for 1.5 hours) package that costs ¥5000 per person. The seats are traditional tatami mats, so shoes and legs cross. Make sure if you do not book for a child who does not eat and drink alcohol, otherwise you will be charged for them
