Restaurant vijay I heard a lot about this restaurant of so many people and saw unique dishes there on most of the YouTube food vending channels. When I went jodhpur, I wanted to taste her authentic Marwari delicacies the malai roti, mewa cream and fruit cream. Apart from these tempting deserts, their specificity kabuli is the unique rice preparation full of rich and aromas, they can not forget the taste of kabuli for a long time. their Mewa-Creme and malai roti together with kabuli are for to die. the must have place in jodhpur, the restaurant is not like modern restaurants from the outside, but inside they have a decent seating opportunity and very beautiful furnishings. must go to this restaurant when you go to jodhpur.
Amazing is a little word when it comes to describing this small but wonderful restaurant that serves the best eat. we had kabuli, and it was witty. we also tried malai roti and it was super boring. we couldn't resist the next day and even though we had trained, we risked it and went back to this wonderful hotel so that we don't regret it after leaving jodhpur. on the second day we had kabuli, malai roti, gulab jamun sabji and lachha paratha. they serve gulab jamun sabji and also rasmalai sabji made in desi ghee. do not miss this hotel when in jodhpur. an oncle works here that serves to eat, he is so humble and gentle that it expands our experience to the next level. ask him to suggest and they will have the best to eat. kabuli gulab jamun sabji lachha paratha with ghee malai roti (desert)
Malai roti and kabuli pulav was extremely tasty I loved the taste. kesar badaam milk was also good and leti was delicious as well as thick. it is a family restaurant and it is very budget-friendly. just what they can do better is hygiene. it is clean, but can increase some lighting and work little on ambiente, but actually it is not important. must visit restaurant when they are in jodhpur.
They can't take their car here, they have to go a bit, car-rickshaw can take them there. this is a place in 1975 that loves the desi ghee. lachha paratha was very good full of ghee. malai ki roti was an article of a kind and very tasty. they have a product called kabuli, that is similar to biriyani and I must tell them his best, it was also very delicious. gulab jamun ki sabji and gatta madala was not delicious at all, dal was just good. but above all we had a unique experience. they can also eat lacha paratha only with lehsun ki chutney and then have malai ki roti, which is a desert. will visit again loved it.
This restaurant has been here for many years, the most different sweet here is Malai Roti, which is found only in the whole of Jodhpur. If you come here then definitely try this sweet
