The QUALITY OF FOOD is going DOWN and I?m so tired paying money for a meal that I had to throw half of it away. I came on my birthday spent $12 for a meal and half of it was thrown away. Their food is delicious and one of the old restaurants keeps the same flavor.

Mr McGrath y?allneed to RETRAIN the employees because I don?t think they?re happy because there is NO way they are happy with the QUALITY ofFood that is being served.
I was in the drive through and I ordered grilled chicken sandwich with fries and 2 chicken n strips for $11.44. The problem was instead of grilled chicken they gave me chick-fill-a sandwich, and then I went inside gave to the manager the hole food. Btwthe manager was nice but he told them make another one n when I got home when I checked my food the chicken strips weren?tthere. That was at 8:46pm on Monday. I was so mad?..advice check ur food before you leave.
Did drive through and did not get the Cobb salad that was ordered. Tried calling the restaurant, but was put on hold and ignored. For a restaurant chain that prides itself on good customer service. These two major breeches in customer service havedamaged my confidence in the company. It will be some time before I consider going to Chik-fil-a.
It must have been an off day. Normally things move so smoothly but sadly we were bound to at some point hit a bad spell. Mobile ordered ahead went to get it, did the drive through which normally moves fast, we were in line for easily 10 minutes and it wasnot that long of a line. Then were told to park because it was not ready and nearly 15 minutes go by and I go inside. The foodis just sitting on the counter. They give it to me and me not know what my wife ordered she asks me where are the drinks. Uhgg..so back in I had to go to get the drinks. Normally this place is spot on we just got a bad night.
