Kfc - Jizan

The food, services and atmosphere is good. However, there is need for improvement on the cleanness.

The quality of food is below par compared to other KFC joints. Low quality and cold chicken is served usually. The place is not well maintained as well.

The fun fact is when you visit a fast food chain and they don't have tomato ketchup.

Driver having a bad attitude he didn't find my right location and I told him I will not come where are you now and you need to find my location I give my location even my live location to find me but he was so rude at me and shouted with me in the road and a lot of talking with a high voice even I compare him in the driver in Hunger station can find me easily and he told I don't care how he deals with customer was not acceptable. I'm still shaking and thinking for his bad gesture and bad attitude without respect for the customer. Until now I lost my appetite to eat this KFC food.

It is decent, food is good, but the portion size is deceiving, the picture shows something and in reality it's something else. I did have one bad experience. I ordered coleslaw with my meal, and when I received my meal they didn't give it to me, I asked for it and they said they don't have anymore so I asked for a replacement to get the brownies instead, they said no it costs more we cannot exchange. So they charged me for an item I never received knowing it wasn't there, as well s be disrespectful and not replace it. I had no problem adding to the missing amount, but they didn't even bother. This is why I am sticking to McDonald's
