Terrible place, we have no electricity (we have the light from our cell phones), it took them 2 and a half hours to bring us the food, the pool is dirty, the tables are dirty. The big problem was the food that they brought us until my parents stopped to want to cancel the bill, and finally they brought us the food, the only excuse they made is that since yesterday was a holiday, customer service was slow and more In addition, we ordered an order of French fries and there was no reason why yesterday, on the holiday, everything was gone. The only thing I was saying is that yesterday has already passed, what matters is now. They should have more communication between employees and boss, without this communication they ruin the customer's day. My only suggestion is that if they couldn't count on good service after a holiday, they would have easily lost a day, not that now they lost customers and suggestions aside.
A familiar place, very spacious and with green areas, the service is not very fast but it is courteous, the prices are a little high according to quality, quantity of food and drinks and compared to similar places around it.
