2 negative short-size experiments, and here I am to write a comment to express our discontent...Today : menu dish dessert drink at 12,90€, the dishes arrive (Burger/Frites)... not the right accompaniment, not the requested sauce. Let's pass, the mistake is human! Let's get desserts in emergency because already late, and there. Time passes, always nothing, no waitress in sight. are gone without eating dessert, and especially without a commercial gesture!!!! so paid the whole note for a bad time, stressful and frustrating, without having tasted dessert. all this in 1h40 of presence in the restaurant, which was far from being filled! We shouldn't see the waitress running in the room, then in the kitchen, then in the grill, and finally in the crate! No wonder the organization leaves to be desired. In any case, I would not comment on the quality of the food (I know what to expect in this kind of chain) but I will never again put my feet back on it! a commercial gesture could have done the case, apparently even the franchise manager has no hand to apply a reduction.! inadmissible. Besides, I don't have time to negotiate anything anymore, and that's the ones who made it right. So disappointing!
We have very good food but the server is not nice it only held when we paid. fortunately the person who cooks the meat is very nice.
