I ordered a pizza and had to wait when I arrived to pick it up. When I got it home, it was obvious that it had been reheated and tasted like cardboard. I called... read more I ordered a pizza and had to wait when I arrived to pick it up. When I got it home, it was obvious that it had been reheated and tasted like cardboard. I called the restaurant, and they explained that the delay happened because the person who picked it up was chatting with someone at the bar while waiting for the pizza. True enough, but that doesn’t excuse the quality! Eventually, they did offer to replace the stale pizza when I returned it, but the new one was only marginally better. The icing on the cake came when a woman called to tell me they'd reviewed the security footage and confirmed that the person who picked up my pizza was indeed talking to someone at the bar. Isn't that just fantastic customer service? They can keep checking their cameras and serving reheated food, but you can bet we won't be back. It's such a disappointment. Chuckie would never have tolerated such poor business practices—he was a true class act.
