Unfortunately, I have to say (from a multiannual customer) that the local is in a slow phase. Dined recently with two friends and the comparison with his competitor directed at jesolo (mented in the michelin guide) is merciful. not particularly inviting raw appetizer (other than the cuttlefish,) oysters unavailable. The restaurant is undoubtedly the best in Jesolo. I had the pleasure of having dinner there recently and the experience was exceptional. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, perfect for a special evening. The service was impeccable, with the staff who proved courteous and attentive to every detail. The kitchen is surprising, with dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and presented in an artistic way. I tasted dishes that delighted my palate, from the first dishes to desserts. The wine card offers a wide selection of options to accompany the meal. It is an unmissable gastronomic destination for anyone looking for a refined cuisine in an enchanting setting. I highly recommend this restaurant and I look forward to coming back.
I celebrated my birthday at Guido's with my husband and my 3 1/2-year-old son. We took the tasting menu that is simply amazing. We also matched the wines with the help of the sommelier and took some Gillardeau oysters that were very fresh. Perfect portions for me, not too little or too much, attentive service also towards my son, something not always discounted in certain restaurants. Excellent food quality and very well maintained location. Recommended.
