At the suggestion of our hotel host, we stopped by to stock up on coccoi prena, and couldn't resist buying some pardule, too. Throughout our stay in Sardinia, we kept talking about how delicious everything was, and we regretted not stocking up on more! Stop by, the best pardule in Sardinia.
The culurgionis were nothing short of amazing. And the lady who served me was incredibly kind. I was there for a visit and I wanted to eat them, so I went in and the lady wrapped them up for me, keeping them fresh since I had to stay at the clinic all morning.
