Description

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Jerusalem, a restaurant promises a unique culinary experience, blending traditional Mediterranean flavors with Italian influences. Diners rave about the delicious offerings, from expertly prepared steaks and savory skewers to flavorful salads and refreshing lentil soup. While the food garners consistent praise, the service presents a mixed bag; some report inattentive staff and slow service, contrasting with others who enjoyed attentive and accommodating service. Despite occasional noise and timing issues, the restaurant’s inviting ambiance, reasonable prices, and stunning views of the Old City make it a worthwhile destination for culinary exploration in the city.

Our group consisted of 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 4 children between the ages of 8 and 20. The food at the restaurant was good, with both the chicken dishes and steaks being tasty and satisfying. Despite enjoying our meal, we found the environment to be very noisy and the service to be slow. Unfortunately, the side dishes arrived after we had finished our main courses and our water glasses were not refilled until we requested it. With an average cost of about $40 per person, the overall dining experience was mixed.

I like to eat out but hardly ever give a restaurant an excellent rating. But four of us had lunch there and agreed it was excellent. The business lunch has six options, all of which are reasonably priced. Among us we had a steak, two skewers, some fish and a dish of chicken livers with mushrooms and onions cooked in a sweet sauce. All of the dishes were excellent, as were the salads served as appetizers.

A small family group of six of us went out for dinner a couple of weeks ago. Due to dietary restrictions such as gluten and lactose issues, we decided to eat at a meat restaurant that also adhered to elevated (Mehadrin) kashrut standards. After some research, we found a few options, and based on its central location in downtown Jerusalem, we chose this restaurant. We made a reservation for five people, but a sixth member unexpectedly joined us. The staff quickly accommodated the change and we were seated without any issue. We enjoyed salads and freshly baked pitot, which were continuously refilled throughout our meal. Our main courses arrived promptly, cooked to perfection, and served with excellent service. The prices were quite reasonable, and I would definitely return to this restaurant and recommend it to others.

If you are looking for great food, come here. if you are looking for a great service, do not do it. while eating was amazingly fast arrived, the service as regrettable the waiter was totally uninterested, on his phone most of the time when his jeans fell from his back so unprofessional. there was also a woman who somehow waited for us, she wasn't much better. the young lady, who was at the end, was beautiful. I would definitely be back for eating in the hope that different people can work there
