I’ve been there a few times already, and each visit feels fresh and exciting. The menu changes often, but one thing always stays – the polenta. Trust me, it’s the best I’ve ever had! This time, we had a cold beer, crispy fries with a delicious mustard-mayo dip, the signature polenta (of course), and an open-faced sausage bun. Don’t picture a hot dog – this is a beautifully plated dish you eat with a knife and fork. A total upgrade. For dessert, we had the brown butter ice cream rich, creamy, and absolutely dreamy. The music in the background really sets the tone, and the seating is all around the bar, where you can watch the food being prepared right in front of you. It’s not a fancy place it’s more of a cool neighborhood spot with simple wooden tables and chairs, and a fun, cozy atmosphere. It’s hard to explain the magic, but it’s there.
