There are three delicious vegan ice cream flavors, as well as incredible fruity sorbet with some unique flavors.

During my visit, I found that this place offered around 5-6 sorbet flavors and 3-4 vegan ice cream flavors. I chose one based on lotus cookies and another called Bounty, which was flavored with coconut and chocolate chips. It was an incredible combination (Lotus was especially rich, and Bounty was very refreshing). The staff was very friendly and the labeling for allergens and vegan options was clear. I highly recommend stopping by when you're at First Station.

We visited Vaniglia at First Station in Jerusalem, which is a gelateria-style restaurant. Over half of the menu options were vegan and clearly marked as such. Vegan flavors included chocolate, double chocolate, peanut butter banana chocolate chip, coconut, mango, and more.
