Brilliant concept. If there was one of these in my home town I'd eat there at least once a week.

This is a good place for a quick bite of a decent salad at a reasonable price. The management has swapped rules for creating salads which can be a little confusing. As it stands, you should be allowed to add anything you want to your salad with the only limitation being on hard-boiled eggs, tuna, or Bulgarian cheese (choice of one). The staff is in a constant state of turnover. This actually makes it convenient for someone like me that visits a couple times a week for my lunch break. I have at least one other co-worker that regularly eats here.

Used to be a favorite. Now they cut the veggies weird and everything gets mushy and gross in the salads.

I have at least one other employee who eats regularly here.
