Main charm of the Valley are hundred of terraces full of cherry tree flowers in April and its fruits in June. Anyway, I would recommend to visit it in every season to have the chance to have lunch or dinner in this friendly restaurant and enjoy local cuisine: migas, patatas revolconas, caldereta, carrillada ...
