Tribos Peri Peri - Jersey City

This is the SECOND time this year that I've found a long black hair in Tribos' food. I'm utterly disgusted!The first time was quite a few months ago. I found a long hair inside my chicken burger, so had to throw the meal out and I had no intention of ever ordering from Tribos again. The front desk staff had a horrible attitude when I'd previously picked up an order, so the hair sealed my decision to stop ordering.My husband decided to pick up food from there tonight and I wasn't keen at all. To my horror, there was ANOTHER long hair through the entire length of the chicken pita. I cannot believe this has happened twice in just one year and lord knows how many other meals leave their establishment with hair in. This is completely unacceptable.

Absolutely love this place. The Peri Peri chicken is amazing and the proportion size is great for the price point. Highly recommend this place!

Delicious halal food and friendly staff. Tried the beef burger and chicken sandwich and both were amazing and good portions.

Hidden Gem in Jersey city. Believe me this place is awesome with their chicken. Never imagined the chicken would be so tasty. Their Peri Peri fries and lemon and herb chicken tasted amazing.The marination in chicken was apt and I could feel the well baked chicken. Their chicken tenders and even chicken was so well marinated. Out of the world taste. Although the ambience isn’t great but nothing matches food I will trade anything for the great food.
