What Kaidensean doesn't like about The Chippery:
The Chippery i went to is in Jersey City however he was not there. He moved his truck to an event. I didn’t know it was a truck that sits in no man land. He told me he was still close but he wasn’t. I still drove there since the pictures of his food had looked so delicious. However it was not!!! The food is overpriced. It was not with my gas!! View all feedback.

Which question is more perplexing to answer: how are they able to fit three people into such tight quarters OR how are they able to knock out such delicious grub in such a cramped and hectic work environment? I used to see this compact food truck parked on 440 in Jersey City all the time and I finally got to try them when hitting the Water Lantern Festival in early autumn at Liberty State Park. They had a line out the wazoo but those three guys just kept plugging away and in a few minutes me and the family hunkered down and tore through their fish n chips. It 's hot. It wasn 't really greasy at all. It 's perfectly cooked. It 's perfectly seasoned. And yes... I 'm talking about both the fish and those distinctive 'chips ' (think cottage fries) of theirs. And their tartar sauce is that final nudge if you 're thinking, Maybe four, four and a half stars? to just be like... Okay, it 's a solid five. Why we even debating this?! Pricing was legit. Portion was filling. Not the healthiest cuisine out there but what the heck, right? They sell both Pepsi and Coke?! You never see that! one of my kids (easily impressed but he ain 't wrong, either)

They worked the lantern festival this past weekend. Waited for 40 minutes on line. (I get that as they were busy). Order the food wait another 15 minutes then they tell me no more chicken fingers. Explain to them I waited all that time the offer me a drink or some cold fries.
Decent fish and chips for a food truck. Definitely going back to try the other menu items.
